She has worked directly with patients that have varying degrees of illnesses including critically ill patients, patients with neurological disorders, and patients with para and quadriplegia. She has coordinated care across multiple providers, and understands both the medical and operational aspects of running a healthcare business. Most importantly, she knows how to balance compassionate, resident-centered care with efficient business operations.

Anthony Hayes Davis II

Anthony Hayes Davis II has been an attorney for 20+ years and has worked at the Maryland Association of REALTORS, National Institutes of Health, Maryland Legal Aid, and the U.S. Small Business Administration. He has expertise in organizational development, business, legal compliance, real estate, and elder law.

Shirley’s background in patient care, hospital sales, and physical therapy fuels her dedication to running a community where people come first. Anthony’s expertise in law and business operations ensures our facility is managed with precision, compliance, and long-term sustainability.
